1.Function:Simulate Completely padder dyeing process on site .Large cross-section film cylinder, guide the friction resistance is strong, power automatic reset, no left and right deviation, high reproducibility
2. This Lab padder is made of quality NBR, good flexibility ensures long-life, long 420mm and diameter 130mm.
Working speed: 0-18 rotate/min can be adjustable
Roller pressure: 0.03～0.8Mpa,pressure stable,easy to adjust
pick up rate: when 70 shore hardness pick up rate can control in 25%～110%,suit for wild range fabric. But it has stable pick up rate once fix, no need to adjust and waste time.
