This advanced luggage testing equipment simulates real-world road conditions to evaluate the durability and performance of luggage wheels, axles, frames, and overall construction quality.

The Luggage Multi-road Condition Test Machine features dual test stations with cement test rolls measuring 216±2mm in diameter. Each roll surface includes raised steel bars with 30mm convex width and 3mm surface thickness. The testing system accommodates samples with maximum parallel wheel spacing up to approximately 600mm.

Testing Procedure
  • Position sample on test machine with wheels placed on test rolls
  • Extend pull rod fully and secure on hook
  • For samples without pull rods, secure using handles or side handles at 45°±2° angle to horizontal plane
  • Lock lever handle and fix stopper position
  • For four-wheel samples, adjust distance between test rolls to accommodate all wheels
  • Set operating speed to 4km/h with 10-minute intervals every 2km of operation
  • Standard test itineraries: 4km, 8km, 12km, 16km, 20km or custom distances
