Product introduction
The electric bicycle frame front fork assembly weight drop test machine is used to simulate the ability of the bicycle to withstand the impact of ground obstacles when the front wheel of the bicycle encounters an obstacle when riding. The electric bicycle assembly is subjected to an impact test in accordance with the method specified in 27.1 of GB 3565-2005 with an impact force of 80 J (for example, a vertical weight drop of 22.5 kg from a height of 360 mm). If the frame is fitted with a shock absorbing fork, the assembly shall be tested for the free length of the front fork in an unloaded condition. If the damping spring can be locked, it should be locked to the unloaded length. For a frame equipped with a rear damper, the damper is fastened to the equivalent of a rider of 75 kg on the test vehicle; if the damper does not allow locking, the same can be used The solid connection of the dimensions replaces the shock absorber front fork or rear shock absorber, and the connection at both ends is the same as that of the shock absorber front fork or rear shock absorber.
