ISO15025 Protective clothing Flammability Tester
The protective clothing flame spread tester is developed according to the ISO15025 test standard. It is mainly used for simulation technology assessment protective clothing on fire danger of the spread of flame performance. It also can measure limited flame spread properties of vertically oriented textile fabrics and indurstial products in the form of single or multi-component fabrics when subjected to a small defined flame.
The test principle is that the vertical suspension sample is ignited by the standard small flame for 10s, the continuous burning time, the smoldering time and the damage length are measured, and the flame retardant performance of the protective fabric is evaluated.

1. The protective clothing flame spread tester includes a burner, a sample needle frame, a sample suspension support frame, a burner control system, a human-machine interface display device, and the like;
2. The test instrument can be upgraded to meet other test standard requirements by equipped with different test pin frames, such as ISO6941, ISO6940, etc.
3. The burner angle is controlled by a stepping motor, which can automatically perform bottom edge ignition and edge ignition;
4. The burning test time can be set to 10s or other time;
5. Continuous burning and smoldering time, can be recorded through the LCD display.
