The SL-T12 retains the standardised fixture layout and PLC control logic of our larger testers, so results remain directly comparable between the SL-T12 and higher-capacity models. A small footprint, single-phase power supply and pneumatic drive mean the machine can be installed in an ordinary QC room without a compressor upgrade or foundation work.

The chair is fixed on the platform with two adjustable clamps, and the armrest is positioned under the loading pad. The pneumatic cylinder drives the pad down to the preset force, holds it for the set dwell time and releases, while the PLC counts each cycle. When the preset cycle number is reached or the sample fails, the machine stops and displays the result.
