Automatic Luggage Down Stairs Testing Machine SL-TL02

SKYLINE SL-TL02 luggage down stairs testing machine simulates the real road conditions a suitcase experiences when being dragged up and down stairs, evaluating the durability of luggage wheels, body frame and telescopic handle under repeated impact and abrasion.

Product Overview

Widely used by luggage manufacturers, bag factories, third-party laboratories and QC departments. By simulating the stair-climbing process, it evaluates the wear resistance of castors and the structural strength of the suitcase shell.

Test Principle

A loaded sample is driven to run up and down the simulated stairs continuously. The PLC control system records the number of cycles. After the preset cycles, the operator inspects wheel wear, handle deformation and shell damage to judge whether the product meets the standard.
