The high temperature test is a test that exposes the sample to a high temperature and air-dry environment. Its purpose is to determine the adaptability of military and civilian equipment to storage and work under high temperature conditions. Parts and materials used in high temperature test products may soften, reduce performance, change characteristics, potential damage, and oxidize at high temperatures.
High temperature test standard:
GB/T2423.2-2008 / IEC60068-2-2:2007 / GJB150.3A-2009 / GJB128A-97 / MIL-STD-810F / GJB4.2-83 / GJB360A-96 / MIL-STD-202F / GJB548A-96 / MIL-STD-883D / SJ/T10325-92 / SJ/T10325-92 / GB/T13543-92 / QC/T413-2002
High and low temperature test, also known as high and low temperature cycle test, is one of product environmental reliability tests. Basically, all products are stored or operated in a certain temperature environment. In some environments, the temperature is constantly changing, high and low. For example, in some areas with a large temperature difference, day and night. Or the product repeatedly enters and exits high and low temperature zones during transportation, storage and operation. This high and low temperature environment may reach 70°C at low temperature, and the temperature may reach above or even the highest - 20°C below or even the lowest.
This changing temperature environment can affect the function, performance, quality and service life of the product, accelerate the aging of the product, and shorten the service life of the product. If the product is exposed to such an alternating high temperature and low temperature environment for a long time, it needs to have sufficient resistance to high temperature and low temperature cycling. In this way, we need to simulate certain environmental conditions and conduct high temperature and low temperature tests on the product to understand the performance of the product in this regard. If the test results do not meet the standard we set, we need to improve the product according to the test situation, and then re-test until it passes.
There are no fixed standards for high and low temperature tests, such as specific temperatures, maintenance times for high and low temperatures, heating and cooling times, and measurement cycles. Customers can customize internal standards or test conditions according to customer requirements. When maximizing the test conditions, you can refer to the actual storage environment, transportation environment and usage environment of the product. The common temperature is -30 to 70°C, the temperature holding time varies from 2 hours to 8 hours, the temperature change time is generally within half an hour, and the cycle period varies from 4 to 20.
