Principle: The instrument drives the test weight to move up to a specified height, and then releases the weight, so that the weight can freely impact on the baby walker, and the degree of damage is observed after a certain number of times.

The standard for the use of dynamic impact strength of children's vehicles: made according to the requirements of GB14749-20065.12.

The testing method:

1. Place the stroller test piece on the bottom plate, and place the front and rear wheels in the middle of the wheel stopper

2. Adjust the position of the stroller so that the loading part is aligned with the loading weight.

3. Loosen the handle on the bottom clamp bar, push the bar against the front and rear wheels of the stroller, and then tighten the handle.

4. If the stroller can adjust the seat, the seat must be adjusted to the lowest level.

5. Confirm whether the power supply meets the requirements and has been connected well, and confirm whether the sample is installed firmly.

6. Turn on the power and click the weight to rise through the control panel until the weight cannot rise.

7. Use a ruler to measure the test height, and then adjust the height of the beam on the control panel so that the weight reaches the test height.

8. Set the number of shocks on the control panel according to the test requirements, then click the (reset times) button, and finally click the "stop/test" button to start the test
