Advanced design and construction
The testing machine adopts stable steel structure box and frame structure, and the appearance is generous and beautiful. The heat source adopts a ribbon propane burner burner with high efficiency combustion performance. The design of the combustion holes is staggered, and the height of the burner can be adjusted up and down to meet the test needs of different wire diameter samples.
Accurate test parameter monitoring system
The testing machine is equipped with advanced monitoring and control systems such as thermocouple, pressure gauge, pressure regulating valve and solenoid valve. The thermocouple was mounted horizontally on the left and right sides 45mm away from the center line of the burner to check that the flame temperature was within 750±50 ° C. At the same time, it is equipped with MFC or high-precision rotor flow meter to ensure that the gas is fully mixed to meet the combustion demand. The pressure gauge and pressure regulating valve can accurately control the gas pressure, and the solenoid valve ensures the safety of gas on and off.
Flexible test operation mode
The testing machine has two modes of operation, manual mode and automatic mode. The manual mode can be controlled by the panel, while the automatic mode is guided by the computer and professional software.
