The multi-functional degassing oscillator is already a very mature product in the market, and everyone's awareness of it is also very high. It is also widely used in the fields of biology, pharmaceuticals, scientific research, environmental protection, and medicine. When using the speed-adjusting multi-purpose oscillator, the digital display meter can accurately measure the current speed of the book, so what principle does it use?
In the multi-functional degassing oscillator, we use a permanent magnet DC motor, which is the earliest motor to appear, and it is also the earliest motor to achieve speed regulation. Through the advanced electronic speed regulation circuit, it can maintain a relatively stable movement speed, and at the same time has a long service life and simple maintenance. For a long time, DC motors have occupied the statistical position of speed control. There are two main methods for measuring the speed of DC motors:
1. Photoelectric Velocimetry:
A speed measurement system is composed of a grid disc and a photogate. When the DC motor drives the grid disc to rotate through the transmission part, the speed measuring photoelectric gate obtains a series of pulse signals. These pulse signals cooperate with two timers/counters of the single chip microcomputer, one for counting and one for timing. Calculate the number of pulses per unit time, and after unit conversion, you can calculate the rotation speed of the DC motor.
2. Hall effect principle speed measurement method:
The motor shaft drives the magnetic steel on the shaft to rotate, thereby changing the size of the magnetic field. The change of the magnetic field is converted into a pulse signal through the Hall circuit, and after amplification and shaping, a rectangular pulse signal is output. When the rotational speed is changed, the frequency of the output pulses will change, so as to obtain the speed at which the motor rotates.
The second type of speed measurement based on the Hall effect principle is widely used. This method has a simple structure, low failure rate, and easy maintenance. It is also a DC motor speed measurement method commonly used in the market. From this, I think everyone has a simple understanding of the speed measurement principle of the speed-adjustable multi-purpose oscillator, and also has a new understanding of operation and use.
