ASTM F963 Magnet Cycling Tester for Clamping Testing Toy Magnetic

Magnets are widely used in toys, but there are also safety problems, such dangers must be guarded against. Both the United States and the European Union have revised toy standards, which strictly stipulate the testing requirements for dangerous magnets.

On March 15, 2007, the United States officially promulgated the toy safety standard ASTM F963-07. One of the main points is to increase the definition of dangerous magnets, warning signs, and measurement methods of magnetic flux index. In February 2009, a new version of ASTM F963-08 was released, and stricter testing requirements for magnet toys were formulated.

According to the change of the standard, we have developed the latest ASTM F963 Magnet Cycle Tester for fixtures to test the magnetic properties of toys.

Life test in receiving state

Test 1000 cycles

If there are no other magnets or magnet parts, you can use metal parts instead of the toy's intended use pattern.

Place the test sample on the horizontal surface in the most unfavorable direction
