    Product Introduction

    The radiation propagation tester is used to measure the fire propagation performance of materials. The sample is exposed to a specific flame radiation source at 30 degrees, and the flame spread index Is is calculated by measuring the temperature rise of the chimney and the distance of the flame spreading downward.

     

    Technical Parameters

    1.1 The test equipment includes a combustion test stand, radiant panel, temperature measuring device, gas control cabinet, data acquisition and calculation system, etc.;

    1.2 The combustion test frame is welded with a square tube, and the surface is coated with a black corrosion-resistant coating, which effectively improves the service life of the equipment;

    1.3 The test rack is equipped with a radiant panel, sample rack and its sliding device, chimney, etc., and the gas control cabinet and data acquisition device are installed on the side and protected by a heat insulation layer;

    1.4 The radiation plate is made of carbon steel with a size of 305mm*457mm. The surface is densely covered with heat-resistant alloy steel wires, which can withstand high temperatures above 900℃, and the surface can form a uniform fire-free far-infrared radiation layer;

    1.5 Equipped with a Venturi mixer to provide mixed gas for the radiant plate. The air is provided by a variable frequency motor with a capacity of at least 9.4L/s;

    1.6 Equipped with electric spark ignition device for remote ignition;

    1.7 The sample holder is made of stainless steel, with markings every 3 inches on the side to facilitate the observation of flame spread;

    1.8 Stainless steel pilot flame burner, length 210mm, inner diameter 3.2mm, with electric spark ignition device, remote ignition;

    1.9 A chimney is installed directly above the radiator plate, made of stainless steel, and 8 OmegaK type armored thermocouples are installed according to the standard, with a diameter of 0.5mm, which can withstand high temperatures above 1200℃;

    1.10 Pyrometer, measuring range 0-700℃, accuracy better than ±5℃;

    1.11 Gas system, consisting of pressure reducing valve, rotameter, mass flow meter, gas safety valve, etc.;

    1.12 Adopt Japan's Ito Future high-quality pressure reducing valve to provide a stable gas source during the test;

    1.13 Use imported rotameter to control pilot flame;

    1.14 Imported rotor flowmeter is used to control the gas source of the radiation plate;

    1.15 Use imported mass flow meters to control the methane gas source for calibration;

    1.16 Foot pedal device record, convenient and quick record of flame spread;

    1.17 Data acquisition system, which can record thermocouple temperature, foot pedal device signal, pyrometer, etc. in real time;

    1.18 Standard operating software, records and calculates thermocouple temperature, can display the highest temperature, lowest temperature, average temperature; can perform calibration test, record and output test data, can automatically calculate Is value, etc.
