Lubricating Grease Anti-Water Wash Performance Tester
Machine Introduction

The instrument operates by loading a grease sample into a ball bearing, which is then installed in a bearing sleeve with specified clearance requirements. The assembly is rotated at 600 rpm ± 30 rpm. Water, maintained at either 38°C or 79°C, is sprayed into the bearing sleeve at a flow rate of 5 mL/s ± 0.5 mL/s. The water wash-off capacity of the grease sample is determined by the amount of grease washed away within 60 minutes.
