Grease Steel Mesh Oil Separation Tester

Machine Introduction

This precision instrument is designed and manufactured in strict compliance with the People's Republic of China industry standard SH/T 0324 "Determination of Grease Oil Separation in Steel Mesh (Static Method)." It is specifically engineered for measuring the oil separation tendency of grease under elevated temperature conditions.

Test Method: A 10g sample is placed in a metal wire steel mesh and maintained in static conditions at 100℃±1℃ for 30 hours. The instrument measures the mass percentage of oil flowing out through the steel mesh.

Stainless Steel Mesh	60 mesh (55,696 holes per square decimeter, wire diameter approximately 0.19 mm, pore size about 0.28 mm), equipped with metal wire handle
Beaker	Tall, mouthless, 200ml capacity
