Insulation oil dielectric loss conductivity tester is used for insulating oil and other liquid insulating media dielectric loss angle and Volume resistivity test of the integrated structure of high precision instruments. It fully complies with GB/T 5654-2007 national standard and DL/T421 power standard.

Characteristic 

(1) The oil cup adopts the three-electrode structure conforming to the national standard GB/T5654-20077/IEC 60247, with the inter-pole spacing of 2mm, which can eliminate the influence of stray capacitance and diarrhea leakage on the dielectric loss test results.
(2) The instrument adopts medium frequency induction heating and PID temperature control algorithm. The heating method has the advantages of non-contact between the oil cup and the heating body, uniform heating, fast speed and convenient control, so that the temperature is strictly controlled within the preset temperature error range.
(3) The internal standard capacitor is SF6 gas-filled three-electrode capacitor, the capacitor's dielectric loss and capacity are not affected by ambient temperature and humidity, so that the accuracy of the instrument is still guaranteed after a long time of use.
(4) AC test power supply adopts AC-DC-AC conversion method, effectively avoiding the influence of utility voltage and frequency fluctuation on the accuracy of dielectric testing, even if the generator generates electricity, the instrument can also operate correctly.
(5) Perfect protection function. When there is over-voltage, over-current, high-voltage short circuit, the instrument can quickly cut off the high voltage and issue a warning message. When the temperature sensor fails or is not connected, a warning message is issued.
There is a temperature-limiting relay in the medium-frequency induction heating furnace. When the temperature exceeds 120 degrees, the relay is released and the heating stops.
(6) Easy setting of test parameters. Temperature setting range 0~120℃, AC voltage setting range
500 ~ 2200V, DC voltage setting range of 300 ~ 500V.

(9) Empty electrode cup calibration function. Measure the electric capacity and dielectric loss factor of the empty electrode cup to judge the cleaning and assembly condition of the empty electrode cup. Calibration data is automatically saved to facilitate accurate calculation of relative capacitance and DC resistivity.
