    ISO 871 Plastic Ignition Temperature Tester

     

    Application

    According to the GB4610-2008 plastic hot air furnace method, the temperature is measured and designed. It fully complies with GB4610-2008 and meets the requirements of ISO871-2006. It is used to test the burning and flame retardant properties of plastic materials.

     

    GB4610-2008Plastic Ignition Temperature Tester test principle:

    In the heating chamber of the hot air furnace, the pattern is heated at different temperatures, and a small flame is used to directly ignite the escaping gas at the opening above the furnace to determine the flash temperature. The autoignition temperature was measured in the same manner as the flash temperature, but no flame was applied.

    1. Customized ceramic tube with inner diameter of furnace tube of 100mm±5mm, length of 240mm ±20mm and temperature resistance of not less than 750°C;
