Toxic classification of fire effluents hazard for materials(squirrel cage method) is applicable to GB/T 20285 . And the test principle is that uniform strip samples are heated by constant velocity moving scanning in a ring furnace with stable heating, and flue gas in a quartz tube is blown by constant velocity carrier gas. The stable smoke was fed into an independent rat cage, and then the state of the experimental mice was observed and the test results were evaluated.
1. The test equipment includes annular furnace, furnace displacement device, quartz tube device, temperature calibration device, poisoning box, rotary cage, temperature control device, air flow control device and three-way valve.
2. The annular furnace is composed of shell, body, tube and electric heating wire. The inner wall of the tube is heating surface. The diameter of the tube is 47 +1 mm, the length is 100 +1 mm, and the temperature range is not less than room temperature to 1100 degrees.
3. Temperature calibration device, imported Omega K thermocouple with outer diameter of 1mm, welded with 1CR18NI9TI material temperature sensitive sheet, and can be connected with computer software to calibrate temperature rise in furnace.
4. The temperature control device of Omron in Japan adopts PID temperature control mode. The temperature precision in furnace is better than (+1 degree), the temperature fluctuation in static state is better than (+0.1 degree), and the temperature fluctuation in motion is better than (+2.5 degree).
5. Furnace displacement device, the displacement rate of the annular furnace is 10 +0.1mm/min, and the movable distance is more than 600 mm. The Japanese Panasonic servo motor and PLC control mode are adopted.
6. Quartz tube and quartz boat device, the diameter of quartz tube is 36 + 1 mm, the wall thickness is 2 + 0.5 mm, the length is 1100 + 100 mm, the length of quartz boat is 400 mm, the width is 32 + 1 mm.
7. Mouse rotating cage and poisoning box are made of aluminium. The weight of mouse rotating cage is 60 + 10g. Mouse rotating cage can rotate flexibly on the scaffold without fixed stationary point. 8. Air flow control device, air drying and purification device, can be used for air cleaning and drying; Carrier gas mass flowmeter device can digitally display air flow, measuring range is 0-10L/min, accuracy is better than 0.1L/min, dilution gas mass flowmeter device can digitally display air flow, measuring range is 0-5L/min, accuracy is better than 0.1L/min. .
9. Automatic control of electric three-way ball valve, protection level IP-65, electrical and mechanical double limit, with overheating protection.
10. Taiwanese Yanhua Data Acquisition Module (not accepting self-made MCU modules and boards), a set of standard test software, can display the calibration temperature values and curves, test temperature values and curves, the movement speed and curves of each cage.
11. Options: Mouse motion recording system. Photoelectric switch is used to monitor the movement status of mouse rotating cage. Computer software can display the angular velocity of mouse rotating cage at any time.
